To verify if you are already registered with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) of Sri Lanka, you can use their official e-Services portal: Search Certificate - RAMIS

Visit the IRD e-Services website and select the option "Verify Authenticity of Registration" or "Verify IRD Registration" to check your registration status
